Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. We currently offer flat-rate shipping within the United States. Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
We do not currently offer international shipping, but plan to expand our services in the future.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on decants or samples.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to make it right.

If you experience an issue with your order—such as missing items, damage during transit, or incorrect products—please reach out to us at scentden@scentswithsense.com with your order number and a description of the problem. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
